Shipping + Returns


SHIPPING

Standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from Nashville, Tennessee. All domestic orders over $150 ship for free. We are happy to ship internationally, but all taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient. Free in-store pickup is available for local customers.

Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Goodwin is unable to reroute packages. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We’re sorry, but we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed unless there was a mistake on our end.

RETURNS

We hope that you absolutely love your Goodwin purchase! However, domestic returns of unworn and unused items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for refund or store credit. Intimates, swimwear, socks, beauty, one of a kind and sale items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. We’re sorry, but at this time we are unable to offer refunds on international orders.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged. Goodwin reserves the right to refuse any return.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. However, where we determine in our sole discretion that a customer is returning an unreasonable number of purchases, we may cancel or restrict the customer's orders.
