Standard orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from Nashville, Tennessee. All domestic orders over $150 ship for free. We are happy to ship internationally, but all taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Goodwin is unable to reroute packages. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We’re sorry, but we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed unless there was a mistake on our end.
We hope that you absolutely love your Goodwin purchase! However, returns of unworn and unused full-price clothing, shoes and most home items will be accepted within 10 days of receipt for exchange or store credit only (due to the limited and exclusive nature of most of our pieces). Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. Beauty items, intimates, swimwear, library and sale items are final sale. We’re sorry, but at this time we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on international orders.
For a prepaid return label, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns will be subject to a $4.95 restocking fee. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged.
